i have downloaded ariza700 bin file but i did not get the ppv channels.why?

You need to give us a little more info...did you do a factory reset and fresh scan for channels? Did you change something in the setup? Is it one PPV or all PPV channels that you are not getting? What satellite/s are you pointed at???

Without detailed information we'll just be guessing....
