New Captiveworks CW-650S Classic USB Model

This new model will replace the Captiveworks CW-600S Regular and CW-600S Premium models for people who want to spend a little less money. Anyone who wants to buy a box like a premium, they can buy this for the same price but will have more features in the future than the Regular and Premium will have.






Specifications are pretty much the same as the Premium. They will
not drop file support for the earlier models, files will keep being released, just no new features will be added to the older models. Whatever features they have, they will stay that way.

The Premium is already being discontinued for sale and as far as the Regular, dealers have maybe 2000 more models left that were produced and that would be it for them as far as the new sales would go.

The Captiveworks CW-650S Classic is offered in both the Black and Silver colors, as you can tell by the pictures. They will have front loading USB ports, with a card slot. Price will be between $90-$100. Expect them to be available for sale in about 2-3 weeks.

yeah the 650 will replace the regular and premiums which were great stbs for the money, i agree 100% shady.

yea , at my first encounter with CW i didnt like them and the more familure i became the more i liked them , these units are awsome ,packed with features ,alot of them i have never found on even the most expensive unitsand the price is unreal . after having these units and using them and they have survived ecms that alot of other units didnt , waiting for them to release a dual tuner and hd that is more like an stb tha n a pc like the hd unit they have now

I have been looking for a receiver for my nephew and this might be the one.

I love cw and they are easy to use and easy to load i was able to show the wife how to load files in under 5mins problem free!

this post was a c/p, a look into this receiver on captiveworks homesite shows no usb port. what a waste of time releasing a new reciver without the usb option.lol
