I am using a CNX Mini black box and have a starchoice dish with dual LMB's. Has anyone successfully connected a starchoice dish to the Bell Expressvue network?

Hey Runnerduck...First welcome to FTAConcept!!!!!

The quick answer is no...the starchoice LNBs and dish will not work with B3V or DN satellites. You can modify the dish and add the proper LNBs, but in all honesty you'll save money based on your time alone to convert the Starchoice dish by buying a new dish with LNB/s.

That particular dish (if elliptical) can get several sats at the same time if modified properly.
