loaded bin channels black?

loaded new file but channels still black.new box not sure about adapters set up.some suggestion would be appreciated

have you successfully loaded the box, did you setup your antenna settings correctly, did you scan the sats and is autoroll turned on. have you left it on one channel for up to 10 min to let it roll. what is your sig and quality. all these questions play a critical role in success. here is the manual as well http://www.ftaconcept.com/showthread.php?t=10974
