Captain 7100 missing DN PPV Channels

I'm unable to pick DN PPV channels on my captain 7100 except for one ch 509. I tried everything in the book, scan "ALL" using Quick,Blind, and Auto scan nothing work. Except i do pick up most of the BV ppv channels. Is there a way to add a channel manually in the channel list. Your help is gladly appreciate.

You can go to lyngsat.com and check which transponder carries that channel. They you check on your receiver to see if you have a weak or no signal. If you have a weak signal on that transponder that will cause you to miss channels on your scans.

sounds like a setting is wrong like your getting 110 or 119 not both check your settings make sure your locked on both sats
