Receiver
Has front USB Port and 2 extra ports on the rear of the receiver. The rear comes equipped with RCA, Component, S Video, SPDIF, RS232C,Dual tuner LNB in and out Ports, the Receiver is black and sleek looking and has a nice blue light on the front, Hope they allow this to be turned off thru the settings in the future for those of you that will use this receiver in the Bedroom

Set-Up
I proceeded to connect Component Cables, 2 Coaxials, and Power Source and then turned the power on to navigate through the menu screens. Check the dish settings to see and quickly noticed the quality and signals were better on B*V vs D*K and 15% difference I then closed out and was ready to Flash

Programming and Saving
I now decided to save the latest release Sonicview 360 Elite Files to my computer and transfer from there to my USB stick to upload to the receiver. 1st step was load the latest release Sonicview 360 Elite Files, took about 1 minutes to load then ask to reboot, and then once loaded ask to reboot again. I now set all my antenna settings and saved both 119 and 110 on tuner number 1 and then saved 91 on tuner 2. I then set all my user settings and saved. Then I set my time setting. Then I set my local settings and also set all my user options and saved. I was now ready to scan, I decided to do an individual scan to make sure I got an exact count of each Sat channels. Once I did an individual scan of all 3 Sats all was good , so I then decided to go back and try the multiple scan feature which is in the same place but when going to your Sats you hit the Blue button on your remote to check mark and save the Sat as your favorite, once I saved all 3 Sats I then press the Yellow button to scan all. Once all was done I then decided to tune to DN channel and waited for it to roll, DN took exactly 2 minutes to roll, then went to Bev Channel on Tuner 2 and that had already rolled while waiting for D*K to roll as it was on tuner 1, and remember Bev is renumber by 2000 , then I proceeded and checked to make sure all channels scanned in fine. Now once viewing I adjusted the picture and made sure it was set to 16:9 and turned the display mode to Full screen. Picture quality is pretty impressive. Then proceeded to check my locals.

Remote
Remote is pretty slick, not small in size but range is good, and looks almost identical to the 8K, and has a TV, VCR, DVD, and STB button. And multiple feature buttons. Menu and exit buttons are in a diiferent place from the 8K but close. Red button alone enables the Time Shift feature, Green button brings up the Category menu, Yellow button brings up the AV settings, and the blue button is for USB if connected. Also has a Radio and Sat button which does work. Zoom button, and a search button.

Tested the PVR function with a USB stick and worked great along with the Time Shift, but still neeeds a little work as it lags a little, I will report more later on when they have a little more releases. I must say this is my 2nd SV product and I am pleasantly impressed. I will also post some pictures for you all to see.

Rating as 10 being the BEST

Ease of setup: ( Very easy) 9.5
Menu/OSD: 9
