No Local Channels

The new Bin for my Captain 7100 USB gives me everything except local channels. The receiver is hooked to a Dish 500 with a Dish-Pro Twin LNBF. How do I find the local channels?

YOU JUST NEED NEW FIX BIN. FILE ALD RELEASED V729 051408 FOR 7100USB. OTHERS
ALSO FIXED. THIS SITE NEED TO TEST THE FILES BEFORE TO POST.
