I am getting this error after loading the new bin on Captain 7100. I’ve done a factory reset of the user settings (not the channel settings) and reloaded the bin. The System information says it is the latest bin. But after an auto scan on Echostar 7 119W, I still get the error message. I was getting a few channels briefly, but now all is out again. I turned everything off and disconnected the LNB for a minute, plugged it back in and booted up, but still nothing.
I thought about trying the factory bin that's posted since the one button setup worked so well when I first hooked up. But when I put in the USB, the STB says "this app not right for this STB. Do you want to hard download?" or something like that. I opted not to do that, but would that get me back to one button set-up?
Any help much appreciated.
