is there a place to learn on how to make ur own bin file? i would like to learn how to make this file. to help out with others

I spend about 3 hrs last night to get the 147 bin up and going, to no avail, scrambled schanels

The 147 bin is no longer valid? I have to wait for the 148?

You can search the web to create bins but i hope you have endless hours to do so!
