help with patch please!!

when loading new bin i tried to enable the patch but on the box h000 is showing up and nothing is happening, can someone help me please?

press F1 and then 000...

i tried that but its not working all is happening is h000 is showing on the box instead of just doing the enable like it normanlly does

Are you sure you are pressing F1 000 it should say patch enabled on the screen!!!

i am positive!!! if you look at where the channels are it says h000 and thats it, nornmally it just says patch enable and goes back to the channel list but this time this is what it is doing for some reason

try a hard reboot!! rear power off wait 2mins then back on!!!
