i have a loop through question can i run cable directly from my cs7100pvr lbn out port to my cs6000 lbn in port or do i need to use a spliter

I moved this since you hijacked someone elses thread. You can you the loop out but I believe you will only be able to watch the same channel as the other unit. Dont split because it will degrade your signal and you wont catch anything. Running another line is the simplest solution.

It is much easier to run seprate wires from the disj if you have dual output lnbs!!! and will be less confusing!! to find a problem!!!

You could also install a dish sw in the line but you could watch one receiver at a time . Thats how i use both of my receivers since i live in the first floor the dish is up on the six floor and they wont allow me to run another line .GOOD LUCK.
