cs 8000 no keys for bev

i flashed myreceiver because it was frozen on standby download but now i only have the dish netork working all the rest of the keys are blank with 000s it dosnt even say bell express in the section of the keys is there a program that i could load back the keys for bell 82 and 91 so that it should roll and work

You might have to use the clear software BIN found here; http://www.ftaconcept.com/showthread.php?t=7666 to wipe the receiver clean.

Then load the factory file that you can get here; http://www.ftaconcept.com/showthread.php?t=7664

Then load the latest release and run the setup and scan for channels. This will give you a fresh install of all software and should give you the keys that you are missing.

i did that exactly but only got keys for dish not charlie is there a program just for charlie so i can run bell 82 and 91

I'm guessing here and you will probably have to tell us more about the type your dish, switch/es and LNB/s are.

If you had both B3V and DN previously, and your receiver isn't detecting B3V when you run the auto discover. I'd guess (Need to specifics here) there was a problem with your switch, LNB (pointed a B3V) or your dish has moved. Make sure all connections are secure and undamaged. If you need to disconnect something make sure you power off the receiver from the rear switch first!!!!

Connect the B3V LNB directly to the receiver, bypassing all other connections..use a barrel connector if needed (my setup leaves me with enough slack to connect my receivers directly..make testing a easier). If you get good quality, you'll know it wasn't the LNB...if you don't get quality..replace the LNB.

If the LNB works, try a different port on the switch...and so on until you find the issue...This is all a process of elimination....

it is detecting the bev channels for the sattelite and scans all the channels but in the keys it stays blank i have a sw21 switch and works fine i have all the 82 and 91 sattelite channels but in the key menue all the keys are blank and no bell express even if i put the keys in manually it dosent change keys and dosent roll but it works fine for charlie

Are you sure that auto roll is turned on for B3V???

yes auto roll is on for bev how do you put the bell express logo back in the keys section the first 4 lines for charlie and the next for 4 lines for bell but those lines are blank
