Turn to Channel 200 for dn leave for 2 to 5 minutes
Turn to Channel 2280 for bev leave for 2 to 5 minutes
If you have bev only Channel 280...

Guide should fill up.

Try that as putting the receiver in one of those channels will populate your epg.

It could be clock time is wrong,Click menu, highlight channel manager ok>highlight timer ok>highlight timer setup ok>east coast time is GMT-5:00 or the region should be Bogota, new york.

You kind of have to play with the time to see what works for you and go from there i think

Briguy,if your on the east coast the clock setting is GMT-5:00,the GMT-4:00 is atlantic time which means that your clock time is one hour ahead of the normal east coast time. To check the time, click epg and the date and time will show in the upper right corner.

A one hour difference in time offset shouldn't stop the EPG from populating although it could mess up your internal personal clock...;)

Sounds like something might have been missed during the setup. Reset to factory default and setup everything again, might even reload a fresh copy of the current release and try again. Make sure you have your antenna settings written down if you do the factory default as you'll have to re-enter them..

Good luck and let us know your results...

Cheers

Briguy, try cnn and the military channel to populate the epg. As for the sport channel it may be that the auto tp finder will find the proper tp.
