Click on the donate button to become a vip member. It will then guide you through the process and it will also give you access to another site where files are posted first. That site will also be running if this one happens to go down.

A $10 or $20 donation will get you VIP status here, but a $30 donation gets you VIP status with access to the private VIP site where as ufcwatcher stated is the location to be when an ECM hits.
