118.7/119 setting

I have the following things:
Dish 33"
LNBF - Multistar Universal single output
Receiver - Captain 7000
Switch- 4*1 Disq switch -port#1
LNB Freq. 10650-10750 for 118.7 and 11750 for 119
Dish setting :elevation 26.1 , lnb skew and other , i took from dishpointer.com
I am unable to receive signal and quality

Can you post the lnb specifications?

Sounds like you have a linear lnb. You will need a circular lnb to receive both 119/118.

Have a look at Transat Electronics they have the special lnb for 118/119.

You have to give us a little more details on what you have. There's a special lnb that picks up both 119 and 118.7 and it's about 20 bucks. That lnb uses an l.o. of 10750.
