New To Cnx-mini (bev)

i just got this box from my friend, i live in canada and use bell as my sat. server.
can somebody tell me what settings to use in installation. in the DiSEqC switch what would be the set up.( i think i might have it right ).i just downloaded the new files. i followed the guide on (how to udate your mini simple) it came with 2 files on the updatei pressed the green (epg) button to show the files picked the first file and pressed ok,it saved the file but did not boot like it said in the guide.so i rebooted it myself i then saved the second file(.uno) and again it didn't reboot. when i check the tv guide i get the information but no
picture. can somebody please tell me what i did wrong and how to fix this

What settings do you have on right now? A lil more info is needed so we can help you out.

channel search : satellite(echo 5), diseqc(3), tp frequency(12282), lmb (11260), 22 kh2tone(on), muiti-dish swich(sw 42 dish2), search options(all channels), lnb power(on)
S(95) Q(95)
diseqc switch : diseqc 1 (echo 1/2 ), diseqc 2 (echo 4 ), diseqc 3 ( echo 5 ), diseqc 4 (echo 7 ) all signels or S (95 ) Q (95 )
when i put it on a channel there is no picture but the signal is full, i think the problem is when i put the firmwere in the box. i downloaded the latest firmwere, i followed the latest
guide on installing firmwere to cnx mini. i installed the first part of the file by pressing the green button(epg) and picked the first file and then pressed ok to save (the guide said it sould now roboot itself but it didn't)same with the (.uno) file after i saved it the box never rebooted, should i press ok to save or a different button
