Can somebody help me with FTA PROS? I placed an order with them 2 weeks ago and have only received part of my order from them. I've sent a couple of emails inquiring about my order status and have received no response. I've tried calling but have had no luck there either. If any body can assist, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks:help

I think you'll have better luck having a Mod check on that status. Since they are a site sponsor. Good luck...

Need Help!

Myself and my friends have ordered many units from the site sponsor FTAPros and I recently ordered/paid for a CW-800 on 3/28. It is 4/21 and I have not received anything - other than the order number and that PayPal paid them.

I have read some posts that they were slow and my experience before this is they have been very fast and always got my order within 3-5 days. Well, I have left 12 messages, emailed them via the site, and no answer. I even saw that Moderator CreativeGenius posted a phone number for a

Mike Cho at (916) 275-5834 (got this from another site)


I have left numerous messages and called all numbers on their site and no response or the voice mail is full.

Is there anybody on our moderator team that can help me a response from them. I have been totally patient and waited 10+ business days before I started calling and emailing them.

If this site sponsor's them - what gives are they in business am I just an isolated case - not based on what I seen/read.

Looking for help! (paying member on FTAConcept.net)

That is the correct Mike.
I have had similar results and as I have mentioned several times in different sections, I have passed this info to the owner of this site. If I could do more I really would.
I just think Mike is way over his head with orders and stuff and can't possibly keep up.
He is a sponsor at several sites. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but it is the truth as I know it.

The other email was an apology about the order being lost during a move.

I want to thank GH for possibly pushing this - I basically kept on them with multiple notes and calls.

Bottom Line - I am happy my CW800 is coming! Not happy about the lack of response. I certainly hope they publicly apologize here in the site sponsored forums to all Customers who have not been able to get thru to their phone numbers/Emails so they could simply get the status of orders or just thru to Customer Support.

Glad to hear you got your order resolved. Wish I could say the same. FTA PROS finally answered my email after I mentioned the problems here (thanks to all those that made it happen) and stated that they were waiting on a new shipment to come in the next couple of days and would send out the remainder of my order, or would refund the remainder to my account. I told them if they could send the remaining items in the next couple of days go ahead, if not credit my account. Well a couple of days have come and gone and I have not received any answers to my emails, nor have I received the rest of my order, nor has my account been credited. Gents, I need your help once again to get this issued resolved. Any help in this matter would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
