scrambled or no service

i have 80 or above signal strength..65 or more on quailty strength...i get the channels...ive done the new update...but it just sits here on scrambled or no service...please help

You are going to need to tweak your dish...65 quality is pretty low...Before you start moving/aiming your dish, mark each adjustment joint with a sharpie pen, Take a look at dishpointer.com to get some insight into the settings you'll need for your dish.

You might need someone to help you by telling you when the quality goes up as you adjust the dish. Put the receiver into dish setup and one sat you are pointed at and watch the quality meter.

With good quality your problem with no service will go away and chances are you'll get more channels...

well the reason i asked this question because i brought my reciver to my friends house and only had 50 percent quailty and it worked no problem....is there some kind of manual keys i can put in?
