Pvr ????

Does anyone know how to get the pvr working on these boxes? Or isn't it supported by the files as yet?

For the PVR function to work you need to have an external USB hard drive attached and formatted to FAT32. To PVR....press pause while wtaching live TV..grab something to drink or eat..;)...when you return press pause again and the program resumes. Top record from the guide...select the program you want to record...press the OK button twice. To start recording manually, press record...to set the amount of time to record, press record a second time and a recording timer window will open.

ftarider...I owe you an apology...did a bit of reading on the CS8100 and known issues. Seems that both the 8100 & 8000 are having problems with the EPG (guide) and the 8100 with recording when using the NORW releases.

These issues have been reported to NORW, so if you are having troubles with recording or the EPG...know you are not alone!! Hopefully with the increase in stablility of releases we'll see some of the bugs worked on and cleared up!

Thanks Again. Is this the reason the channels are loading up as just numbers. Because, I realized that the EPG was not working no matter what I tried. Also, the color buttons do not respond as they should. No picture in picture, etc. Is there something I can do or do I just have to wait on a better file?
