why is coolsat having such a problem getting files out?

Why is coolsat having such a problem getting files out?i know my pansat is up and running alot sooner than the coolsat.are they having programing problems?just curious,if its going to get any better?

Well I know that NORW Group have been somewhat behind others for the HD receivers. They are stepping up for the non HD receivers...2 fixes in one day doesn't tell me they are having problems....and with the last major blackout they were one of the first with fixes....also when the Viewsat was freezing Coolsats were not!!

Be patient...NORW is far from not be able to provide files in a timely fashion...Personally I think they are stepping it up and doing a great job these past few weeks!! I susoect you'll see a new file very shortly!
