i only get 5 mins of video,then says downloading??need help.

why does my coolsat 8000hd only keep the pic upf for 5 minutes then it say no video,then says downloading.then i get the video for about 5 minutes and the whole process happens again?im using the 426f bin.i know its not my dish,my pansat 3500 is working great!any ideas?

All the Coolsats are experiencing this...except with latest release for the 4000 thru to 6000. Latest release for 6100 thru to 7100 also experiencing the "freezing". More likely it's how the keys are being applied to decrypt the signal that is causing the "freezing"!!

Going to have to be patient..while NORW figures this out!!
