scrambled channels every 20 mins

Hello ,

got a 7100 and found the 140 file. most of the channels work . But the channels get scrambled every 20 minutes or so and then they get fine a few minutes later. There is only 1 cable coming to our receiver from 2 dishes, therefore not using the disceq switch. Should the cables be split from the dishes and then should the switch be used ? or is it some other problem.

Any suggestions ?

hmm i guess you have everything set up good. thjere is a problem with autoroll. so i think everyone who have cs have a same problem right now. Hmm we just need to wait for another bin so maybe then its gonna be better. PeAcE<

yep..Freezes up after a few minutes. A soft reset clears the prob temporarily

you have to turn autoroll off but i am not sure how to do it on a coolsat.

to turn off autoroll go to utilities then select options here you can turn on or off autoroll

turning off autoroll does not work atless on my 7100

Still have scrambled channels between 5 and 30 minutes or so with new release 141. Does anyone else?
