7100 down on v140

loaded yesterday worked fine till about 730 pm last night and then scrammbled all channels, did hard reboot a couple of times, any suggestions??

OK, more testing, had to load factory bin, do a factory reset, load new v140 bin then another factory reset then auto detect, waiting about 20 minutes and all came up.
