Intelsat AM5. Previously known as Telstar 5 (T5). The signal is very weak so you need a linear LNB and a 30" dish to catch the GC signals. Programs are mostly international.

I was trying to find it with my old PrimeStart dish. I cant get a signal because the house is in the way:mad:. I am going to wait until I get a motorized dish.

If you are going to get a motorized dish, I recommand that you get an Incacom LNB.
The Invacom LNB is a true multipurpose LNB works for both Linear (FTA) and circular (DSS) satellites with an internal boaster giving you the best there is in LNB's.
This way you can hit almost every sat

I agree with merog on the Invacom (GPH-031) but I suggest to get the 36 inch dish. They are only a little more in cost and you will get much more signal gain.
Like he said it is a weak signal. I also recommend the SG2100 motor. They are very dependable and fast. Parts are easy to order for them if you evey need to get them.

I use the sg2100 motor..on a Primestar.. and I have the qph-031 invacom lnb.. has 2 ports for circular and 2 ports for linear on it.. and a larger dish will be better.. takes larger dish for good signal on the Linear sats.. good luck, txsgent
