Help finding Locals

I've tried everything and now I'm left scratching my head. I've set my "config city" to correct location. Tried loading from sat, 110,119, and 121. Tried blind scan, auto scan, tweeking sat settings, factory default a number of times and started over, but the end result is always same channels. Thanks for any suggestions in advance.:banghead:help

To get more locals you can either scan the transponders they are on or you will need to max you signal and quality!! to the MOST you can get the higher the better!!
