Anybody tell me the settings for my coolsat 4000? My satallite number is 1000 if it makes a diferrence.

Your sat is number 1000??? I don't really get your question... In order to give you the right setup, you have to provide us with more information. What type of Dish, LNB, Switch are you using? What satellite are you looking for?

I just know that my box is cs 4000 pro & my satallite is coolsat 1000. That is all I know, I am hoping someone can tell me the dish settings? New to this!

Are you sure that your dish is not a dishnetwork 1000

What sats are you trying to get in!!!!!! we need to know what kindof lnb(s) you have is there a switch! or was this dish from a service company ex: bev or dnet??????????????

yes it is dishnetwork 1000. I am trying to get echostar 8,10 on the dish settings. My echostar 119.0w 7 is LNB pwr-single; lnb type-single; lnb freq-11.250; 22khz-off; dise qc switch-1.0; comiitted-2; legacy sw-off. I hope someone can understand what i am trying to do because i dont really know much.

I hate to do this to you, but I think you really need to read this guide...Follow the instructions...give it a try, then come on back with what you are having trouble with....

If you are using a dish 1000, try setting your LNB's to OCS-DP.
