bev with scrambled chanels

if signal is in the 40's and quality is high 80's or low 90's I recive chanel
if the signal is in the 50's+ and quality is high 80's or low90's i recive scrambled
tried factory reset no change
this has been happening for about 2 months and only on bev

realigned sat changed coaxe cable and rescaned channels. Now all is up and running1st it was a longBoxing but worth it in the end .
