Captain 8000hd Cannot display menu on tv

I am trying to display menu on tv. I cannot not display it. I upload the factory file and tried after words cannot display the menu. I just got this box. Can any body help me how to solve this problem. Thanks.

I connected everything right. I cannot get menu to be displayed on screen to scan the channels or fix the antenna. Do you have to have HDTV to see the menu.

Thanks Ronald. I got the menu on the screen but how can i edit the new bin file on the reciever. I tried with the usb put in new file. It says"Unknown file type cannot download". How can i fix this. Is there way to enter Key Manuel for the reciever.

I had to use the serial cable for this file my usb said the same thing

Do you have the loader program? Did you "unzip" the file so it becomes a "bin" file?
