I recently bought a dou and I am having a problem programing it. I have followed the instructions that came with it, but no luck. I have been able to download the 5.10 file and when I try to download the latest file it is not accepting it. Is there a bootloader file that I should be trying also? I have also followed the insrtuctions in the forums (how to....) but I am missing something. It seems to scan channels fine, but when the scanning is done it only shows about 10 channels. I go to the channel guide and the preminum channels have an S buy them. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks

Buy what you are saying you are going to need to apply the latest file release which can be founf here: http://www.ftaconcept.com/showthread.php?t=10376
Suggest you foolow this guide: http://www.ftaconcept.com/showthread.php?t=3488
to assist you with uploading the patch. Otherwise is sounds like you have everything else set and ready to go.

The system information page still says:
SW : MV05.10CNX (nov 19)
HW VER : 1.00
USB 2.0 Driver :1.00
DUO/TRIO (4)
The .EXX file will not let me select o.k. Am I supposed to save data or format or config, because I know that I should not delete.

Make sure you are selecting the S/W Upgrade option and press OK for .exx files.

it is still not working. Is there a way to start completely over? Also when I get to the USB screen should I format, config, or save data because the .exx file does not have a icon beside it. Thanks.

You can start over, just load the factory file for your STB. Remember to write down your Sat settings. The factory file wll erase all your sat settings...
