Feb22 crashed STB -mainpg.pgm not responding - HELP any suggestions

2192008 crashed STB, restored with Loader 2 mainpg.pgm, BEV went down, installed PFTAUSW-080222.pgm from this site and STB at ZERO - nothing at all, tried to do Loader 2 still nothing, only thing STB shows is a small e, Loader 2 does not show sending status, shows resending ZRQINIT.... ANY suggestions? We have done this mainpg.pgm 3-4 times since having Ultra 2000 STB.

Loader 2 with MAINPG.PGM not sending to STB, on STB "e" on, PFTAUSW-080222U.PGM made the STB at zero, trying to bring back to factory, no luck. Loader 2 with mainpg.pgm worked couple days ago and prior, anyone know why and how to fix?

what kind cable u use if you use the white cable that not work.
use the black cable.:clap

Cable not the problem. Power supply died on box. One thing to note - guaranteed for 2 yrs as long as it is at factory, nothing loaded. Got new one and working once again.
