i have the Pansat 3500SD.I load the 82,91,110,119 the channel list into my receiver, and the other satellite list from my receiver are gone,what can i do to bring them back.

Try to do factory reset, you might get all the sats back by doing that way

How you do that ? i click on Factory Setting, and it said enter Password,so i enter Password(0000),and it said,Press ok to delete or Exit. i didn't click OK.I just click Exit.
