We are working on something that will make everyone happy, your patience will be worth it at the end
I know you are all bashing but even if we came on the site and updated you then they would be pronmses not kept, and I did not want to say anything for sure till all is done, but please be patient, you will here from us, not telling you when but you will.

lets take a look what this co has done for us with the 8000hd
they brought out a way for people to go HIGH DEFINITION for slightly over $200 bucks!
AND at the same time keeping it Korean made with a 6 year warranty!
so support is a bit slower.but look at the prices of some other BEV only HD units.
some are TWICE or more the price.
they are still a newer co. and as we know,its not easy being the new kid on the block.
they sure can use some friends.
i have the 7100usb,and i can honestly tell you,i want this co. to make it.
sounds like some good things coming from them.
so lets go Team Captain!
thanks for bringing the market some lower cost choices while maintaining high built quality products

I have waited this long, so I will give a try and wait bit long, I am sure team Captain is working hard, and I know its hard work, instead people appreciate your work, they tend to bash. People like to have everything now, even it is free, I respectfully ask people to please be PATIENT the the result I am sure will be greater.

Hi, very nice to hear from the Captain. Also a fresh change to not hear all the bashing. I too agree that this is a great product, when it is running it will be my # 1....any others would just be backup :)

I'm not getting all the PPv Channels and events on my Captain 7100, not all the channels are line up correctly. My local channels start on CH 8 instead on Ch 2, and the rest of the local channel start on CH 243 and up. A lot of channels were still SCRM. Will gladgly appreciate your Help !
